Positive Leadership Institute (PLI)

The Positive Leadership Institute (PLI) is an advanced, transformative leadership journey designed for professionals in leadership roles—from managers to C-suite executives—across every sector and industry. Launched through our long-standing connection with the University of Tulsa, PLI was originally created to address the unique challenges faced by technical professionals who had moved into management without formal leadership training.

While many leaders have had extensive training in their job functions, they often lack systematic, cohesive leadership development. Instead of piecing together disconnected courses and concepts, PLI provides a comprehensive framework that builds the leadership capacities needed to engage teams, align resources, and ensure their organizations thrive.

Purpose

Leaders are the cornerstone of an organization’s culture and performance. Without proper leadership training, organizational culture can deteriorate, outcomes may stray from the organization’s purpose, and teams risk becoming fragmented and ineffective. Companies depend on their managers to drive success, and supporting their development is critical to ensuring they have the skills and confidence to lead effectively. Each course consists of three, 2-hour sessions conducted via interactive Zoom classes.
