Who we are

We are a collective of humans with the audacity to believe that positive leadership has the power to change the world. We bring skills and best practices from decades of combined experience in social psychology, executive coaching, leadership training, and people and project management.

Adam Seaman CEO & Founder

Adam Seaman is the founder and content creator of Positive Leadership and the Youth Philanthropy Initiative. Adam started his career in coaching and leadership over 25 years ago. After working with companies and community organizations around the country, he came to realize that the tools to develop and teach leadership were inaccurate and incomplete and decided to embark on a life-long journey to fill that gap. Drawing from influences ranging from the ancient Greek philosophers to modern psychology, Adam has created systems and tools that make the social force of leadership accessible to individuals and organizations.

Adam is among the earliest coaches to be certified by Gallup to teach CliftonStrengths. Adam has developed unique content that takes CliftonStrengths results to the next level of meaningful application for individuals and teams.

In his free time, Adam is a self-identified goofball who likes to befriend local wildlife and zoom around on his electric unicycle.
